Refund & Delivery Policy

1.Digital Product Delivery

All products sold through AtulDev are delivered digitally.

After successful payment confirmation through Dodo Payments, customers receive:

  • Instant on-screen access/download instructions

  • Email delivery to the provided email address

If you do not receive your product within a reasonable timeframe, contact:

2.Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital file delivery, all sales of downloadable digital products are considered final.

We generally do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or accessed.

3.Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in situations involving:

  • Duplicate accidental charges

  • Technical delivery failure not resolved within reasonable time

  • Corrupted or inaccessible files

4.Consulting & Review Services

For scheduled audits, reviews, or consulting sessions, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time.
